Controls & Slider

Start Timer: Begin a 25-minute Pomodoro focus cycle with auto-transitions.

Stop: Fade out all active sounds immediately.

Reset: Return timer to default state (25 min focus, Cycle 1).

Skip phase: Jump directly to the next focus/break block when plans change.

Phase Chime: Play a soft cue at every phase transition.

Pause audio on break: Silence the soundscape during breaks, then resume work mode automatically.

Intensity Slider: Adjust volume and movement of the soundscape in real-time.

Solfeggio Overlay

How it Works: Solfeggio plays as an overlay layer, so it can run together with any focus mode.

Blend: Use Blend to control how prominent the Solfeggio layer is in the overall mix.

396 Hz: Grounded, low emphasis.

417 Hz: Warm, gently moving profile.

528 Hz: Balanced center profile.

639/741/852 Hz: Progressively clearer and brighter upper-band character.
